The Location
Weāll gather in the Gulf Shores, Alabama area where youāll have access to the white sand beaches while staying in a gorgeous home close to the water. Picture palm trees swaying in the breeze, beautiful sand dunes along the shore, and your toes in the turquoise waters. Enjoy a peaceful sunrise on the beach or a cozy nap in your room.
The Experience
An intimate experience with no more than 20 attendees, this retreat will give you time to build deep relationships with the other women. In addition, youāll have access to marketing expert, Esther Littlefield. Finally, youāll be cared for and nourished the entire time - no worrying about figuring out where to eat or how to get aroundāitās all covered.

The Flow of Our Event
We kick off the retreat on Sunday evening with a welcome dinner and intro session, where youāll get to meet the other attendees and get your mind and heart prepared for our time together at the retreat.
The next 2 mornings will start with a delicious breakfast, followed by sessions that will provide opportunities for learning and masterminding. After a nutritious lunch, youāll have time for solo reflection or implementation or time to relax and head to the beach.
During our evenings, weāll have dinner followed by opportunities to unwind and connect with the other women.
We wrap up the event on Wednesday morning with a light breakfast, goodbyes, and final encouragement.
For meals, you can expect delicious and healthy options, along with plenty of snacks, beverages, and treats available during the day.
Note: for you detail-oriented gals, a more precise schedule is provided closer to the event. But I also encourage you to relax and trust God (and me) with the time allotted for our retreat together.

Iāve been in the online business space for over 7 years, and before that had 10+ years in sales. From service provider to coaching to courses and membershipsāIāve done it all! Plus, I've supported other online businesses in both operations and marketing as they grew from 5 to 6 and 7 figures.

Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for any Jesus-loving business woman who is looking for marketing strategy, masterminding, and time to unplug and connect with God. The majority of attendees are building an online business, although this is not a requirement. In addition, most attendees have established offers and are looking for strategies to leverage what they are already doing.
When should I arrive and leave?
Ideally you should plan to arrive on Sunday, March 19th and depart on Wednesday, March 22nd. You are welcome to arrive earlier or later, based on your schedule, but you will be responsible for your own accommodations. Our event will begin around 6pm on Sunday and end by 10am on Wednesday.
What is the weather like in Alabama in March?
March is considered a great time to visit the Gulf Shores area in Alabama. The weather averages around 71 degrees during the day, but can get cooler at nightātypically around 51 degrees. Layers are a good idea.
What does my ticket price cover?
3 days of masterminding & coaching including all materials needed for this time. All meals, snacks, and drinks from Sunday dinner to Wednesday breakfast. Transportation during the event to any off-site activities.
What is your sickness policy?
Attending a group event has inherent risks, and I assume that if you attend this event you understand there is a risk of sickness, including Covid-19. If someone is positive for Covid-19 at the time of the retreat, I would ask that they refrain from attending the event. If this issue arises, please contact support@estherlittlefield.com.
What are my options for payment?
You can pay for this retreat using a credit or debit card or PayPal. Additionally, you'll have an option for one-time payment or a payment plan. If you purchase your ticket at the last minute, there may only be a one-time payment option.
How many women will be there?
This is an intimate event with less than 20 people in total, including Esther and her team members. You'll won't get lost in the crowd, and each attendee will have time to mastermind and brainstorm with others as well as connect with Esther during the event.
What are the shared rooms like?
If you opt for a shared room, you will have a room that will be shared with 1-3 other women. If you have a specific request for your roommate(s), be sure to invite a friend to join you! I'll be collecting info from attendees prior to rooms being assigned, and will do my best to match people. Your bed may be anything from a twin or bunk bed to a queen or king bed.
What about transportation?
If flying, you'll likely want to fly into Pensacola, FL and drive approximately 1 hour to our destination in Gulf Shores, Alabama. We will assist with coordinating travel arrangements from Pensacola to Gulf Shores so that no one is left stranded!
What is the dress code for this event?
There is no formal dress codeābe as comfortable as you like! Most of us will probably be in jeans or leggings and comfortable tops. I recommend comfortable footwear as well! A recommended packing list, including color schemes for different days, will be provided closer to the event.
Is there anything the ticket price does not cover?
Your transportation to and from our Gulf Shores location, as well as spending cash during the time you are here. In addition, if you arrive early or leave late, you will need to arrange your own accommodations.
Can I get a refund if I cannot come?
You may request a refund within 48 hours of ticket purchase. After that, due to hard costs associated with hosting an event like this, all ticket sales are final. If an emergency arises and you are unable to attend (or you test positive for Covid), it may be possible for you to transfer your ticket to someone else. Our Host, Esther Littlefield
Esther is a business coach & marketing strategist for Christian women building a business online. She has a passion for helping women like you embrace their gifts and lead with confidence in all areas of your life. Esther has been involved leading trips, small groups, and retreats for the past 20 years, and she knows first-hand the power of a shared experience like this retreat.
Esther values excellence, communication, and community, and she believes every person has a story to tell. At our mastermind retreat, Esther will provide you with time to unwind and relax, grow and develop, as well as be inspired for the future. Most importantly, she seeks God for the planning of the retreat and trusts Him to do the work He has already prepared for you.
Our Chef, Angela Sackett
Angela Sackett is a wife, momma, home educator, speaker, author and photographer (and her house is perpetually in need of a good dusting!). She is the voice behind EverydayWelcome.com, a lifestyle, recipe and devotional blog, and author of several e-books and courses on food, and hospitality, and living a vibrant life in Jesus. With great joy and preaching to her own heart, she encourages women to open their hearts and homes to God and others, living as salt and light right where they are.
Angela will be lovingly and thoughtfully creating the menu and preparing the food for our retreat. She is gifted at making healthy food taste delicious, and we're thrilled that she's coming back to this retreat to cook for us!

Naomi Figueroa is the writer and photographer behind the travel blog Roaming the Americas. She also happens to be Esther's sister. She is passionate about authentic travel and meaningful experiences, and her photography exemplifies the thought she puts into these endeavors.
Naomi will be joining as a die-hard Mainer (even though she was born in Pennsylvania and lives in Connecticut) as well as our "behind-the-scenes" photographer. She will also happily provide tips for anyone wanting to explore the inland parts of Maine (she's more of a mountains and lake kind of gal rather than the ocean).
